These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.invisionhairdesign.com (the “Site”) and the services provided by In Vision Hair Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

In Vision Hair Design provides hair styling and related salon services. Service availability, pricing, and duration may change. Final pricing may vary based on your consultation, hair length and density, previous color treatments, and the time and products required.

Please disclose relevant hair treatment history, allergies, and sensitivities before receiving a service. We reserve the right to decline a service when necessary to protect the health and safety of clients and staff.

2. Booking, Changes, and Cancellations

Appointments may be requested or booked through the Site, by phone, or through other methods we make available.

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 30% of the scheduled cost.

We may require a deposit or a card on file to secure an appointment. If you arrive late, we may shorten, reschedule, or cancel your service to avoid affecting other clients’ appointments.

3. Payments, Refunds, and No-Shows

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods may vary.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us promptly so we can try to address your concern.

No-shows may be charged a fee of up to the full cost of the scheduled service, where permitted by law.

4. Health, Safety, and Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your service, including allergies, sensitivities, hair history, and previous chemical treatments. Results vary based on individual circumstances and hair condition. You are responsible for following any aftercare instructions we provide.

5. Gift Cards, Packages, and Promotions

If offered, gift cards, packages, memberships, and promotions may

may be subject to additional terms, including expiration dates, redemption limits, and transfer restrictions where permitted by law. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, images, logos, design, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to In Vision Hair Design. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
